Capacity
Dedicated AI capacity, powered at the source
You bring the hardware. We bring the energy, the building and the team that runs it, on terms built for the life of your deployment.
The model
Everything around the rack
Accretion is a capacity provider, not a cloud. We do not sell GPU-hours or compete with our tenants. We build and operate the site; you own and run your workloads.
- Power delivered to your racks from on-site generation
- Cooling designed for your density, air or liquid
- Space in secure halls with controlled physical access
- Connectivity through fiber routes and cross-connects
- Operations: on-site staff and remote hands
Anatomy of a site
One site, from fuel to fiber
Energy enters on one side. Compute leaves on the other. Everything in between is built and run by Accretion.
How it works
From first call to running workloads
Requirements
Power, density, cooling, location and timeline. We start with what your deployment needs.
Site match
We match your requirements to sites in our pipeline where energy, land and fiber line up.
Build to spec
We design and build the hall, power and cooling to your specification.
Operate
Our team runs the site day to day. You run your workloads.
Commercial terms
Simple, long-term, predictable
Multi-year terms
Leases sized to the life of your hardware, typically several years, so neither side is guessing.
Priced per kilowatt
Capacity is priced per kW per month, with energy billed separately and transparently.
Built for you
Halls designed around your density and layout, with room to expand on the same site.
Questions
Capacity FAQ
Is capacity available today?
Not yet. Accretion Compute is in development, and we are matching early tenants with sites now. If you are planning capacity, talk to us about your timeline.
Do you own or rent out GPUs?
No. Tenants bring and own their hardware. We provide the energy, building, power, cooling, connectivity and on-site operations around it.
Where will your sites be?
We are evaluating sites in Canada and the United States where firm energy, fiber and land come together. See how we choose sites.
What uptime and redundancy will you offer?
Each site's design, redundancy and service levels are set out in its contract before you commit. We do not publish figures for sites that are not yet built.
Can you support liquid cooling?
Yes. Halls are designed to the tenant's specification, including liquid cooling for high-density accelerators.
